Shipping method
We ship your goods as an insured DHL parcel. Once your parcel has been handed over to the shipping service provider, you will receive a link to track your parcel within 12 hours.

Shipping time
We try to ship your goods on the same day as long as we receive your order by 15:00. Shop orders after 15:00 will be processed the following working day. Within Germany, the goods should be with you within 2-3 days of the day of dispatch at the latest. Shipping to other EU countries / UK takes approx. 5-10 working days. Worldwide approx. 7-21 working days.

Shipping outside the EU
If the delivery is to be made to a country outside the EU, you may still have to pay customs and import duties. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

Returns
In accordance with EU directives, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. With us you have a 21-day right of withdrawal.
Goods can only be returned if they are in a resalable, new condition.
Send us an email to info@sprouters-skateshop.de and briefly inform us of your wish to return part or all of your order. Please also let us know if you want your money back or if you need a different size, for example. Please send us the goods with sufficient postage and packaging within 21 days (after receipt) to the following address: Sprouters Skateshop, Katharinengasse 11, 97070 Würzburg. If there is an error on our part, we will send you a return slip free of charge. After receiving the return, we will check the goods and either refund your money or send you the new goods free of charge. Unfortunately, we cannot accept freight collect shipments. We will not refund the original shipping costs for the returned goods, only the value of the item.
